Noise carried dark cherries and a hint of a sweet-smelling floral bouquet. Tight long-lingering tannins combined with sharp acidity created an unbalanced wine that detracted from the experience. Considerable decanting period unwound the wine a bit but it was still lacking overall.

Light quaffer with little in the way of stand-out features. Slight cracked pepper, red fruit, slight tannins. Short finish.
