2010 - A lovely sweet wine from one of the best biodynamic Loire producer, the wine spent 24 months in barrels, based on Chenin Blanc, indigenous yeasts, Produced from a selection of very concentrated grapes. Depending on the vintage these may be very botritized or not. In the latter case we speek of "passerillage" - pure gold 😋👍
