A deep hazy pink in color, this rosé features generous strawberry fruit (with a touch of sweetness), coupled with an initial kick of acid. Unlike conventional rosés, it has decidedly more body and funk that build into the mid palette. These qualities, however, don’t feel reductive as tart red fruit emerges once again on the finish to leave a soft but juicy endpoint.
