Grenache blanc base delicately blends with Clairette, Viognier, Marsanne, Rousssanne, and splash of Picpoul. I can sense bits of influence from each of these. The nose is quiet - aromas of yellow apple, almond, peach and flinty white flowers. Intensity dials up in the mouth - some heat, some acid too - neither flabby nor fat. Flavors of peaches, apricot, and Meyer lemon.
