Ive been sampling this wine for years. This vintage seems more barnyardy than most - a great thing for Corbieres. A little too much ethyl acetate at first but it burns of mostly. Black cherry and earth, smooth tannins, good acid. Try with rustic pork pate or duck terrine.

Nice burgundy. Oaky, floral aroma. Medium to high acidity. Berries, chocolate and pepper. Dry. Medium body. Nice lasting tannin. This was recommended by the French bartender. I dig it.
