Quarts de Chaume Chenin Blanc

Just had a glass with dessert. A sweet white, ripe apple, apricot, absolutely gorgeous. Very fresh for 19 years of age. Loire Chenin Blanc - either sweet or dry, I need to increase my tastings, education and experience.

Honey , quince, straw -acid balances the residual sugar -

This cut down on the spice from some crawfish beautifully haha
