From mag. I love this wine and vintage. Soft and sweet edges. Rose, light red fruit. Supple and sexy. Great freshness and some gnarly undertow. Hints of spices. Long, soft, delicious

Lovely tangy savory fruit. Some sour cherry and lush plum with violets and gnarly underbrush. Very lucid and detailed. All that lovely freshness of 2001. Really excellent

A wonderful supple nose with black fruit and a lovely bright detailed zest. So good. Fresh, long and profound.

Mature drinker. Starting to head towards the bottom of the bell curve, lots of secondary and tertiary flavors emerging. Brick, clay, bruised red fruits, maybe a little VA as well. Maybe this would have showed better if it weren't next to a 02 Vogüé.

Oh I love this vineyard but 2001 is not the greatest example. Still, elegant, fragrant, suave and nuanced.

Delicious. Richer fruit than what I was expecting. Opened up to new leather and forest floor. Judicious new oak, solid length.

Ahhhh. Just gets better and better and better. At the risk of sounding redundant...red fruits, roses, stones, truffle, lavender...heaven
