Pale salmon, bold fragrant floral-Rainier cherry nose, big mouthful of tangy white cherry-ruby red grapefruit with a hint of bitter rind, alcohol seems a point higher than the 12.5 listed, especially as it warms in the glass, becoming oily in texture. A bit clumsy and disjointed, better with a brisk chill to keep it together.

I had this wine 4-5 years ago and thought it was one of the best roses I’d ever had. I would have probably given that bottle a 9.2. This one not so much. Still good, just not as infinitely crushable as I remember.
