Aug 1st, 2015Lovely in youth. Hints of carbonic maceration along with great bright red berries and granitic minerality. Tannins are firm yet integrated. Wonderful après Christmas wine.

Dec 27th, 2014A 2011 from a 375ml...comfortably enjoyable. Not a showy Gamay right now, but still delicious.

Dec 14th, 2014Great nose that jumps out of the glass. Great fruit in addition to some earthy complexity. Delicious to enjoy as we grill black cod an sine al fresco.

Jul 19th, 2014Great structure and complexity. Glad I have a few more of these as it will continue to develop. Lots of sediment so it needs to stand a day or so before pouring. A lovely 2011 Gamay.

Jul 4th, 2015Licorice, herbs, vanilla & spice box nose, black raspberry fruit and kirsch give way to drying tannins at the finish. No complaints here. 2011.
