Profound: the nose, you can keep the glass at waist level & still feel like you are surrounded by flowers. Length, purity- makes me think older reviews of this vintage didnt properly decant or wine simply needed at least 10 yrs.

A touch thin, a little vegetal. Opening up over two hours, strong raspberry nose. Had with a homemade dinner using fresh organic vegetables from a local farm: vegetable quiche and big salad.
