Gift from wife’s French client. The cork was saturated and crumbled, didn’t have much hope, but the nose revealed bright red fruit, some potpourri, alongside the tertiary mushroom and dried leaves you’d assume. The palate reflected this with sour cherry, strawberry, orange peel, and a hint of mushroomy cola. Lots of fine sediment. Very enjoyable. — 3 months ago
Have had good and ok bottles of this but this one crushed. I opened it an hour before we drank it and just let it sit in the bottle - would like to believe it helped. — 7 days ago
I was expecting an over-oaked style at 13.5 abv. Pleasantly surprised. As this was not the case. A nice balance of ripe orchard fruits and hint of spice, finish with slight bitter almond. Lacks density on the mid palate. Apparently this is a WS top 100 wine? No way. — 2 months ago
2022 vintage. Sampled from a 375ml bottle. Drinking as well as could be expected from a half bottle for village Meursault. Forward. Fruity. Decent + balance of fruit and oak. Good pricing and may pick up two cases of 375’s depending on how quickly the other two Meursault 375ml offerings go. They’ve been moving. 08.07.25. — 3 months ago

2023 Rose Rock Pinot Noir from Eloa - Amity Hills , Drouhin Oregon. What a winner this one is. I can drink a whole case of this stuff. It’s absolutely delicious.. The bouquet is like walking through a ripe cherry Orchard. The initial palate is filled with cherries and raspberries. Then comes the hint of smoky charred oak. A slight hint of pepper in the background surrounds a deep velvety texture with no tannic overtones. The finish delivers a red licorice and sweet chocolate covered cherry finale. It is dry but not too dry! This is a fantastic every day every night Pinot Noir with an alcohol percentage of only 14.1 % abv. — 16 days ago
