Super aromatic with loads of grapefruit-- the fresh peel, juice, and candied zest-- and passion fruit like sauv blanc, stoniness, and a richness like apples. This is the most compelling rose I've had in a while. Fresh enough for a warm night, big enough to go with zucchini tossed with bolognese and pecorino.
