Honeydew melon, lemon curd, white peach, saline, dried tarragon, fennel, white flowers. Smooth vibrant acidity, medium bodied supple juicy texture, crisp floral-citrus pith-briny finish. Balanced aromatics/texture, refreshing, excels with seafood

Super aromatic with loads of grapefruit-- the fresh peel, juice, and candied zest-- and passion fruit like sauv blanc, stoniness, and a richness like apples. This is the most compelling rose I've had in a while. Fresh enough for a warm night, big enough to go with zucchini tossed with bolognese and pecorino.
