Wow, passion fruit and cantaloupe is bold on the nose, with a bit of salinity and funk sprinkled in at the back. The palate is similar, with a prominent but mild acidity, and tropical flavors of passion fruit, star fruit and cumquat. The tropics are balanced with a dry salty finish that finish with a dry minerality. Very good, and we’ll matched with sashimi.
