Great summer weather in Iceland,finally some sunny and warm days ahead. Time to try something new then. I noticed a big change in our local liquor shop - lot's of Rose to choose from. This one is raspberry/strawberry fresh with bit spicy aftertaste. Didn't expect big shot, but it's quite complex. Chilling redcurrant color🌹, Start sweet with good acidity, then a bit tarty to switch into little spicy tingling finish.
