Burgundian traditionalists will scream bloody murder. New World palates will jump for joy. Either way this ripe plush pinot is best consumed in the first thirty minutes. After that the wine shuts down completely leaving one a tad stunned. (24 hours in…still asleep.) Where from here? No idea. But, for the first thirty minutes an easy 9.2. (Served with Boeuf Bourguignon/egg noodles.).
