I really have not enjoyed how CdP have gotten so brutish on the palate. This one is not bad, the vintage likely tempered the palate.

Blanc; A Burgundy enthusiast's CDP.

Licorice, red currants, violets and raspberry aromas, the palate is medium bodied, tasting like what a large dose of Grenache should. Good purity, an elegant but persistent finish.

Super clean. The Grenache is playing hide and seek. Good structure, albeit edgy. I'm just stoked that this is clean! Can't wait for the Grenache to poke its head out
