Love faiveley wines, always consistent. Even for a Bourgogne, lots of cherry, cola, mushroom, violets, nice acidity and spice. Surprisingly, pretty tannic. Maybe from whole cluster fermentation.

Jan 18th, 2016Pretty. Violets, minerals, mushroom, cranberry and cola on the nose. Good acidity, somewhat candied fruit and cherry cola on the palate.

Mar 31st, 2014Merriman's cuisine would probably enhance any beverage, and it especially helped this Pinot. The short finish didn't matter over a plate of seared ahi, while the wine opened up quickly with a sour cherry tang. Very nice.
