Richly textured with nice red berries and woodsy musk.

2011, this monopole Baune 1er cru is young and wild, the nose is exploding with red berries, raspberry, blueberry, red berries, red current and a light touch of mineral and mushrooms, medium fruity body, pleasant with firm tannins that need time to mild, finish is fruity yet dry, my score 87, drink 2015-2019

09 drinking well, very well

Great showing tonight with red currants and sweet raspberry fruit, framed by ripe, positive tannins, toasty oak and fresh acidity. Will age well.

‘14. Been open for 12 hours and needed every bit of it. Tart cherry, raspberry, fresh. Firmly structured but duh, beaune. Long life ahead here. Would love to revisit this in, I dunno, a fucking decade?

Very soft and evolving as it opens up. Fresh earth with little puffs of smoke.

Bourgogne - just the way it should be. Still nicely alive at 10+ years.

Earthy and balanced. Opened up nicely. Probably drank it 5 years too early but still 👌🏼
