Nice little wine..it has been awhile since I have had a Syrah! Recommended to me as a simple wine to pair with food. Although very young this Northern Rhone wine is delicious presenting with raspberries..violets...earth...and a bit of bacon fat as it opens. QPR is decent at $19...worth getting a few more and see how they age!

Very aromatic raspberry on the nose. Raspberry, cherry, pepper, and a touch of mint on the palate. Wine was extremely tight upon opening, and really opened up after it was decanted.
