Les Goulots Vieille Vigne Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Very pretty wine. Excellent with Widgeon.

Full of verve and complex fruit. Great now, but probably better in 3-4 years.

Red & black cherry, berry fruits with lots of savory spices, mineral, forest floor, iron & dried herbs.

This was savory & floral that had lots of red cherry, mineral, dried tea & rose petal.

Blue and clean and funky. Very gevrey nose. Medium bodied on palate. Lean, iron and sharp blueberries, bright and supple fruit. Certainly not over-ripe. Loads of minerals. Good burg

Wow really stunning wine at peak. All you want in burgundy in a quiet vintage
