Yummy and drinking. A bit blousey at first but with air the mineral came pouring out. Nice tension without being too austere. A very approachable Raveneau!

Smacked the 08 Clos outta the park. Sublime, piercing acidity and that slight 'yellow' smell I get from great Chablis.
