Still quite young but an opulent, and mostly botrytis vintage. This wine didn’t show any of the botrytis. It was however pretty fluffy and marshmallow in texture. This was opened at left at cellar temp for 2 hours prior to drinking. Wish I would have opened a few hours earlier. Glad I have 3 more. Wont open the others until 2025 or later.

What a lovely representation of what Chablis should be. This producer makes a 1er Cru remain on par with a Grand Cru.

Nice clean nose. White flower and oyster shell and delicate earth on the nose. Lovely clean palate with white flowers and a long finish.

2002 - più espressivo del Foret che vinifica Dauvissat nello stesso Cru. Nel caso specifico eleganza mista a opulenza. Vino di incredibile energia al palato. La persistenza gustativa è valutabile in minuti :-)))
