Great fruit concentration on the palate with excellent length and a savoury briny quality to the finish. Some subtle dryness lingers suggesting slightly assertive oak. Very smart wine. Yum.

Gorgeous. Pithy unripe pears, smoke, very umami driven. Mushroom, seashell. Extremely long finish. Acidity for days but balanced, sips really resonated.
