Valmur Chablis Grand Cru Chardonnay

Beautiful poise. Light and refined. Soft lemon. Rock pools, minerality, a hint of corn and yellow flowers. Intense but light and dancing on the palate. Great balance and long. Powerful but still subtle.

Wonderful salinity and focus. This has depth and clarity and is wonderful. Wow.

a little cold when first opened, as it warmed up, the flavors just exploded from the nose. lemon, citrus and minerally, this wine still on an upwards trajectory as it just got better and better. tremendous length. great bottle.

Only thing that made this better was it was $188 on a wine list!

The 2004'$ are awesome. With time will only shine more.

Decant if you can... Excellent but reticent.

Wet rocks ,saline , oyster shell, white peach ,lemon grass incredible cut and focus. Too young , but great potential !

Such a pure style with an unbelievable freshness, 2 hours range of aroma evolution. Makes me better understand Chablis
