Valmur Chablis Grand Cru Chardonnay

A beautiful lucid nose. Really dynamic and enticing. Oyster shells, limpid lemon and bright drive. Wonderfully balanced in the palate. Intense but light with a long and complex finish. Amazing stuff

Layers of delicious--oily viscosity and beguiling power with a core of balanced minerality. Damn if this doesn't always come to the party wearing a cool jacket prepared to impress.

Lovely but not great.

Pedigree and potential. Needs to fill out its frame. It was delicious, but I look forward to revisiting in 5 years.

Shouldn't have, but oh fuck it! Beautiful, mineral rich, with precision and incredible length. I hope to taste again.....many times.

Raveneau is so cheap in Burgundy where you don't have to pay the Kermit Lynch tax (Roulot and Coche too).

Gorgeous. Broad and focused. A hint of peach, white flowers, honey citrus, great length. Beautiful
