美しいものの儚さを具現化したワイン。どんどん開いていって見事な香りを愉しませてくれた。状態も良かったようで、完璧と言っても良いクオリティだった。
一緒にいただいたトリュフ、チーズ、椎茸の出汁を使った料理とのマリアージュが素晴らしい。
一生の思い出になるような良いワインだ。

I loved the power & mineral grip this showed, not as sexy & aromatic as the Liger Belair but give it 10 more years, it should be the better wine.
