Ok you're not going to believe this but this tastes like it was made in a pine forest Really tastes of pine. Almost pine sap. A unique wine. Id say a must drink it's so different. A bit tannic and needs a year to settle In. Great with sort of odd foods that don't go with anything. I had it with chicken in hatch chili tomatillo sauce. It worked. Nice licorice finish. Very juicy.
