Super earthy & chewy Mondeuse from Savoie. Drinks more like a very good Moulin A Vent. Throws some sediment so watch out. — 2 months ago
grainy but evolves into bursting dark forest fruit. ⭐️ — 9 months ago

Bright yellow gold. Inviting nose of yellow apple and balsa wood. Medium full palate confirms the nose with the apple taking on a quince-y tone and with a rough mineral note mid palate. Firm, southwest acidity. Moderately long finish. A white for red drinkers, with structure and complexity to match a broad range of hearty cuisines. Want white with your steak? Try this. Drink now through 2031. — 6 months ago

Lots of dark fruit—dark cherry, blackberry, plum. Dense. Slightly perfumed. Tannic. Easy to enjoy. — 4 months ago
Apple blossom, red apple skin, underripe blackberry, stone fruit, orange pith, flint, and chalk. Loads of acid and all around structure. Undergoes malolactic and ages in neutral oak.
Has all the right stuff for further cellaring.
Hard to find. Far more complex than many of the tasting notes give it credit for. — 8 months ago
