Waited three years since last tasting this 2019 and it’s at its peak. Shed its initial austerity now showing deep round red and black fruits with a hint of iron in the background. Pinot like. Had with salmon cakes which paired well. — 18 days ago
This 2021 is as clean, pure and focused as a white can get. Lively, full flavored, stony with lingering complexity. Went well with a hoisin sauce pork stir fry — 2 months ago

Initial impressions of this 2022 is that it has a young vine Beaujolais Village profile!!?? Ruth fruity, with some earth coming through pleasant but at $45 a bottle I’d rather have gone for A gamay. Does go well with the duck breast in cherry/ orange sauce. 2 nights later this has opened up into a different wine. Depth, concentration, elegance subtle spices. — 25 days ago
