Just what I love in a wine, smells like soil and fresh herbs, tastes like a dark night in the middle of summer - a bit of smoke and tobacco, and ends rich and tender on the tongue with not a ton of tannin.

At first, it's very gummy and jammy. Very fruit forward and heavy on the plums and dark fruits. The palate is complex and grows on you over time.
