Palate seems closed...But nose is right on for the region.
Much improved with 24H of airing out, palate still wants more time, but the nose is textbook for the region.

Showing a lot better than it did 18 months ago. Classic funky Saumur.

Dense on opening and better on second day with dark plums and blackberries. Want to taste again in five years.

Suave svelte cab franc. Looooog finish. Can franc is so underrated

I thought this one was better than the 2010, more integrated, ready, velvet, great structure to deal with barbecue
