Amazing clarity of purpose for this entry level Chenin. Ripping acidity, ripe stone fruit, and just a touch of that Chenin wool/funk. Probably better in another year or so, but I'll never find out

Minerals. Good density. Long and juicy.

Crunchy, edgy, and sharp in a good way. Tart apples, lemon pith, crushed rocks, snow. Great energy. Racy and piercing thats very well made.

Pleasant, simple. Good match with sushi.
