Just what you want from a Sancerre bright lime and green apple snap over a wet chalkboard minerality.

Racy, spicy, mineral.

Great example of Loire Pinot. Light bodied, subtle fruit and expressive minerality.

Oyster juice.

Huge minerality, pretty lemon/lime curd, apricot skin and crushed rocks on the nose. Bracing acidity, lemon, river rocks, persimmon and lime on the palate. Killing it with some shrimp with pancetta and garlic.

Greeb apple, stone fruit and grapefruit .
Supper bright acid with minerality finish.

Clean, vibrant, mineral, just a touch of gooseberry and green. Yum.

Very bright & fruity. Almost new Zealandy. . No catbox.
