Intense Meyer lemon attack; nice though slightly compact flinty mineral aspect. Pretty floral element emerging as well. Too cold initially. Still a classic, sold this at the farmers market store in Kauai and this will always have a place in my heart for it.

Bright citrus, green pepper, and saline minerality elegantly meet the nose. The palate is equally balanced, with a round zesty texture, some peppery essence, and a fine, nearly bone-dry finish. Very elegant as it is complex.
