Still the greatest dry white value on the planet. This 2017 is in the zone 5 years from harvest.

Very young. Takes a while to open up. Not convinced there is significant upside with age.

Acid for days. Lovely and tropical.

Gosh darn this is good. Dry but massive. Great now but I'd love to see it in 20 years

Pop and pour yesterday, in the fridge overnight; benchmarking. Yesterday, loads of soft sweet apple, a hint of lanolin, soft herbs...A touch softer on the nose today with more of the same...so lovely. On the palate: fantastic acidity, and good depth and density. As always, these improve immensely with age. Let's see if I can keep my hands off another one for a few years. Fantastic.
