It’s a demi-sec but you would almost not know it for the deep fruit, peaches, grapefruit, hints of apricot, balanced by good acidity to form an excellent pairing with ahi poke and mahi mahi tacos.

Incredibly pure, finely balanced and elegant. I know these age for years, but actually delicious now. A light white fruit character and decent length.
