Takes hours and hours to stabilize into a highly perfumed nose full of white flowers, some jasmine, and white mushroom. The pallet is unorthodox for any white wine standards: umami, brioche, over ripe stone fruit, and root vegetable notes: jicama, Jerusalem artichoke. Full bodied, high alcohol, medium acidity, high flavor intensity and a long finish. Incredible wine.
