Syrah of the Serine kind....classic in every way, black and red fresh fruits, olive and spices galore, tar soared from the glass. Plenty of time left here for the cellar but enjoyable now....decanted 2 hours and it put on weight nicely over 4 hours. Awesome Syrah.

One or those flowery reds that makes you say WOW! It is both full-bodied and elegant. Sumptuous and complex. Spicy and structured. Might as well be talking about women!

This was a nice bottle of wine, but tasted a lot more like cru Beaujolais than Cote-Rotie. Very earthy with some noticeable bret (not necessarily a bad thing) and a lot of fruit. It ended up going quite well with delicate lamb shanks.

2014. Unfortunately, didn't hang around long enough for this to really open up but was impressive in first 15 minutes.
