A bit restrained at first, then subtle red fruit with some smokiness. Cherries, wonderful acidity, drunk too young (june 17)

Same vintage and produced exactly the same way as the Clos du Cellier aux Moines tasted beside it. Vineyards are next to each other, but the wines are very different. Servoisine is rustic and powerfull, the Clos du Cellier aux Moines much more elegant and floral. Great terroir expression.
