Very appealing with a delicious saline quality and some subtle tropical fruits with green apple. Refreshing.

Nose: pineapple, stone fruit, lemon zest, something hard to place but distinctly floral
Taste: pineapple, wet slate, lemon but with a creaminess like a lemon custard.
Good crisp acidity, strong minerality.
