Stunning wine and shows why I love Aloxe. Insanely underrated. Deep and very complex nose. Huge spice and mineral. Flowers and big cherries with incredible depth. Huge fruit complexity and so pure. Deep fruit and amazing big tannins with such balance, grace and purity. This has an incredible finish that pumps the focused fruit to the back of your palate and just lingers eventually finishing mineral. This is terrific. Huge structure and grip.

Nose is super grapy. Palate is delicious. Rich juicy pinot fruit. A whisper of licorice and spice This is why vintage variation is a good thing in the right hands. Sometimes you want your burg to knock your socks off and just intravenously deliver pure pleasure bought from Fass selections.
