2016s in the The Rhône Valley are fragrant and classic, and this fits the mold. More medium-bodied & clean than many vintages past, but with spice-box and mineral to go with the black & red fruits.

This 2016 was awesome. Purple/black color with rich dark red fruit flavors. Light tannins. Our first Vayqueyras - wow!
