Good Chablis but nothing memorable. Correct steely Chardonnay with green apple. — 6 months ago
Earthy and fruity. Funky with a mineral slightly salty taste. Little but if grapefruity taste. Slightly fizzy. — 9 months ago
Bold, funky, barnyard, grapevine syrah. Bright; high acid. $89 direct from winery. — a month ago
Holy sh*t this has hit a new level. Floral as all get out with ripe jasmine and pressed white flowers. Gained massive volume with a few years of age; tremendous rocky bite, phenolic, smokey, notes of caramel, brûlée, tangerine essential oil. Just fantastic. — 7 months ago
Clearly a Sauvignon Blanc, which isn’t always a positive note for me, but the 12’ Pur Sang radiated such energy and clarity that made it impossible to not fall in love with. Aromas of pineapple, lemon, gooseberry, and fragrant white florals intertwined with subtle vanilla. On the palate, a delicate fruit sweetness was perfectly counterbalanced by herbal nuances and piercing, superb acidity, along with a crystalline texture and mineral backbone. Wicked wine as it is now, but it could easily spend more time on its side. — 2 months ago
The first time I had a Vacqueyras. We had it with a dinner of lamb chops and miniature potatoes. It is pleasantly tart, a little dry. Notes of dark cherry, tobacco. — 3 months ago

Drank with bacon wrapped grilled ducks and Josh M’s spicy sausage risotto. Really good pairing. Great wine. — a month ago
