Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru Chardonnay

Amazingly powerful and fresh. Another 20 years easy.

Lt gold color. Petrol sulphur reduced nose with lemon and citrus notes combined with stone. Lots of acidity and very glycerol. Over 5 hrs the sulphur and reduction blew off, and this was very enjoyable. Great long finish.

Has decades to go. F**k me sideways.

This bottle is not what it should be. Piney, resinous, but with motor oil kind of phenolics. Good but odd.

Amazing wine. Petrol, lemon zest. Long finish. Has all you want in an older white burg. Will last easily for another 10-15 years

Plenty of power.

Except for some lingering sulphur, even after all these years, this wine had tremendous composition and projection.

What a treat. Lemon color. Very complex nose with ripe yellow apple, with mineral undertones. Balanced body, almost transcendent. Finish keeps going
