Very subtle. Resolved and settled. Soft corn and supple notes. All very much in place. Poised and pretty.

Tasted blind. Light gold color. Subdued nose. Notes of light citrus and wet rocks. Rich and round. Developed some fine grained acidity with air. But overall this was disappointing compared to other bottles of this we've had, and tonight against the Niellon Chevy and the Morey Monty. I wonder if this had too much air tonight.

Bought at auction from a consignor that insisted on meticulous, cold storage. High fill. Nose of apricot, orange peel, white stone and pears. Still has some great bite in the mouth with fine grained acidity. Improved with several hours of air. Had this 2x before but this was the best performance.

Has it all. Built more and more with air over 4 hrs.

A different beast. Aged perfectly with a really resolved and delicate nose. A lot of the vim and vigor of younger vintages replaced by fine poise and a lovely clarity. Great breadth on the palate with beautiful acidity and amazing length. Excellent. Perfect matured white burg.
