🇫🇷 Et enfin, hier soir, on nous a servi en dégustation à l'aveugle un Bourgogne Aligoté. La plus petite des Appellatios... mais dans ce cas capable d'exprimer tous l'essence des grands vins de Bourgogne ❤️ La grandeur de Lalou Bize Leroy
🇮🇹 ieri sera ci è stato servito alla cieca un Bourgogne Aligoté. L'ultima delle Appellations borgognone, che nel caso specifico è stata in grado di esprimere tutta l'essenza dei grandi vini di Borgogna.

Delightful wine to start an evening - crisp and fresh with a mélange of green apples and chalky minerality. More subtle than overpowering this wine complemented raw seafood remarkably well.

Flinty at open, mellowed into itself. Much bigger wine than I was expecting, needs more time.

you wake in the morning and look in the 'fridge. you see the missed remains, half a glass maybe, of now flat, Salon (20+). you say, "huh" and drink it straight. This is like that but opens with the added bonus of a bootsy collins bass line right through your nose. not for everyone. not for all the time. but if you get it you gonna know when ya want it again
