A fabulous glass of Chardonnay. In the nose driven by ripe apple, almond, vanilla. Texture was very complex, rich, velvety, fat but not alcoholic. Very intense and probably the most creamy and viscous Chassagne I’ve ever tried. It’s not a wine you’ll sip over a whole evening, rather as a perfect accompany for a perfect dish.
