Really very nice. Was a bit worried that the 2018 wouldn’t drink that well, but decided to pair it with some delicious balsamic bbq glazed spare ribs I made. Held up very well. Still get the classic northern Rhone Syrah profile, but with enough generosity of fruit to stand up to the food. Quite nice indeed.
