Pours daffodil in color. ON THE NOSE: toast and yeast. ON THE PALATE: Granny Smith Apple, citrus, and lemon. Crisp and fresh. Not a yeasty, brown, champagne profile. Tiny fine bubbles. Long effervescence. Higher acidity that works well with our croquetas.
