Here is a beautiful bottling from Domaine Les Monts Fournois—a Bérêche‑family-backed estate, led by vigneron Juliette Alips.

Raphael and Vincent Bérêche are Juliette’s cousins, and they founded Domaine Les Monts Fournois together—a true family affair!

This 2013 vintage champagne is based mostly on Pinot Noir (85%) along w/ Chardonnay hailing from the grand cru village of Aÿ in the Grande Vallée of the Marne, where soils are chalky and the terroir shares similarities to that of the Grande Montagne de Reims, creating beautifully structured expressions.

It’s part of Juliette’s series of micro-selections highlighting Champagne’s greatest, most coveted sites for quality winemaking.

After long aging on the lees, this wine was disgorged in 2023, and the final product is exquisite and refined with a creamy mousse, golden hue, and autumnal notes next to crushed stone, oystershell, toast, lemon curd, and raspberry pastry.
